Graduation/Transcript Request

Degree Candidacy (Graduation Request)
All candidates for a degree must file a formal application with their academic advisor or the Assistand Dean at their campus.  Applications for Degree are due to the Degree Processor at the Milledgeville Campus no later than mid-term the term prior to completeing all degree requirements. 

Transcript Request
Transcript requests must be submitted in writing and signed by the student.  Transcript request forms are available in the Registrar's Office or by clicking here. Requests should be sent to the registrar's office.
