The Georgia Military College Dining Facility, located in Boylan Hall, is always operational during the academic term. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is offered during the week, with brunch and dinner being offered on the weekends/holidays. Meal hours are adjusted during breaks and school closures. Meals normally include a choice of entrees with a selection of vegetables. A variety of short order items are also available during lunch and dinner as well as a salad bar and a deli bar. Fresh soups and desserts are available every day.
Food items can always be purchased ala carte at the cafeteria or canteen. Additionally, anyone with a GMC identification card can use that card as a prepaid credit card for purchases at the main cafeteria or at the canteen. Credit can be loaded to the card at the cash register by cafeteria or canteen personnel.

The Cadet Meal Plan is available to all students. This plan is intended to provide all meals for students. Three meals a day are standard in the cafeteria during each school day with brunch and dinner served in the cafeteria on weekends and school holidays.
Portion control is exercised, but both meal plans allow unlimited trips through the cafeteria serving line.
