Tutoring at GMC-Augusta

GMC offers FREE tutoring to all of its junior college students. Time with a tutor should be a regular stop on your way to graduation. The Academic Resource Center is the place to get assistance with your college coursework.

Hours:
Tutor schedules vary each quarter, but the Academic Resource Center is open in all academic terms at the Augusta campus.

At The Academic Resource Center, you have access to computers for Internet research and for word-processing. In addition, when tutors are on duty, you can receive or be routed to tutoring in a variety of subjects. Student tutors may not have the degree yet, but they have recently completed the same courses and/or higher level courses, are familiar with the material being studied, and are competent to tutor it.
